Welcome to my class ….

Here you can leave the cares of the day behind and just let any tension roll off your shoulders.  Then do some wonderful work to stretch and re-align your body.  I’ll help you progress and improve your postures.

So many people lead such busy lives, it would be lovely to practice every day but once a week is better than nothing and you may find you want to increase your practice and do some at home once you are familiar with the postures.

You don’t have to spend hours meditating at 5 o’clock in the morning – let Yoga postures be your meditation, let breathing be your meditation.  Give your mind a rest, it’s always busy.  Yoga quietens the mind.  You can just ‘be in the moment’, in ‘The Power of Now’ without all that thinking, a lot of which is repetitive and negative.
