St Peter’s Church Hall, 56 Mount Park Road, Ealing W5 2RU

 £9 per class paid in a block of 6, or £12 drop-in

Details: A progressive and challenging class for both beginners and experienced students. Postures practiced in a supportive and caring way giving attention to detail and body alignment.

Daytime Classes'Young at Heart'
 
Tuesday & Wednesday Mornings in Hillingdon 

There are one or two places available on both mornings

Times: Start - 10:00am, Finish - 11:30am
 
Venue: Oak Farm Library,  Sutton Court Road/Long Lane junction, Hillingdon, UB10 9PB

Ability: All abilities - nobody is too old or too stiff! Delay the aging process - "Move it or Lose it".

Price: Block of 6 classes £60
 
Details: Yoga will improve your strength, stamina, flexibility, help concentration, mental clarity and relaxation.
